1. What is the validity of the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity cannot be extended beyond the original expiry date under any circumstances.

4. Can I partially redeem the Gift Card?
Yes, partial redemption is allowed. Any unused balance will remain valid for the duration of the Gift Card and can be used for future transactions.
5. Can I use multiple Gift Cards for one booking?
Yes, you can combine up to 3 Gift Cards for a single booking.
6. What happens if a transaction fails while using the Gift Card?
If a transaction fails after applying the Gift Card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card within 72 hours.
7. Can the Gift Card be used with other offers or promotions?
No, the Gift Card cannot be combined with any other bank offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns run by Travizia Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd.
8. Is the Gift Card refundable or exchangeable for cash?
No, the Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or canceled.
9. What if I lose my Gift Card or it is stolen?
Travizia Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd is not liable for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Please ensure the card details are kept safe.
10. What happens to the Gift Card if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel a booking within the validity period, the amount paid using the Gift Card will be refunded back to the same card. If the Gift Card has expired, no refund will be issued.
11. Can the Gift Card be used by travel agents?
No, the Gift Card is intended for personal use only. If a travel agent uses the Gift Card, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
12. How do I purchase a physical Gift Card?
- Select your desired Gift Card denomination.
- Choose a delivery format:
- Email (minimum ₹1,000)
- Gift Envelope (minimum ₹10,000)
- Gift Box (minimum ₹20,000)
- Enter sender and recipient details.
The Gift Card will be delivered within 3-5 working days and will be activated automatically upon delivery.
Courier tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
13. Are the products and services guaranteed to be available?
All products and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
14. What if suspicious activity is detected with my Gift Card?
Travizia Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject any Gift Card if fraud, duplication, or suspicious activity is suspected.
15. Is there a limit to Travizia Tours' liability regarding the Gift Card?
Yes, Travizia Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the Gift Card.
16. What legal jurisdiction applies to the Gift Card terms?
Any disputes arising out of the Gift Card will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
